Mindful shift

I’ve been thinking about more ways to allow myself Grace space, and time to heal. Often I am so crazy busy that I don’t plan my days out properly, which leaves me in a state of panic.

When I started my New Year’s goals, I realize that I needed to take a moment to classify items in the order of importance. Now, my daily routine is a lot more prepared and less chaotic.
