Grateful

Thankful for the slow life.

I took the last few days to relax, released and I’m so proud of myself. I’m used to always going 2000% for everyone else but this weekend I did me.

I don’t want to talking on the phone after most work days and I’ve been limiting my social media time daily. Text messages are not talking me over 48 hours to respond.

I’ve been getting up earlier and walking Charlie. I’ve been cooking and writing down recipes and enjoying quality time with Paul.
I turned 33 last year and I’ve become more reserved in a sense which is weird because I’ve been know to overshare at times.

Im deeply appreciative of my journey, happiness and accomplishments. This is about gratitude, slow moments and pure happiness.
