I’ve been in a peaceful atmosphere for the last week and here are few things that I discovered.
We put too much energy into purchasing Christmas gifts and we fail to value the quality time with our loved ones.
Each year we stand in line every Black Friday buying a version of TV that we don’t need, spending way too much on our credit cards and We secretly don’t even like the people were buying gifts for.
The evolution of social media allows us to believe that we currently have is not enough and we are always pushed to believe we need more.
I encourage you all to dig deeper this holiday season and revamp your values, vision, and Happiness to see everything around.
You have enough.  You are enough.
