We shopped my favorite vendors and sampled a few plant based alternatives.
Self Love / Care is really important and I love sharing my tips of how I maintain weekly.
Often we get burned out and weighted down by the responsibilities of life, However we cannot give to others if we don’t nurture the source.
Please clear your mind, cleanse your body, and love yourself for being human. It’s okay to make mistakes thats how we learn, but never let any treat you less than you deserve including yourself. đź’•
