Thursday was an amazing experience, I am glad that I was able to lend a helping hand to the LA Children’s Hosptial. Being able to witness the courage of young children and their families come together to understand, treat, and overcome their new diagnoses warmed my heart. As a child often times their innocence is taking away from them without warning due to a rare disease, Which often leaves families scrambling to find peace in the abrupt change of their lifestyle. I am grateful for the resources that LA children’s hospitals has for the patients loved ones.
